The ALDAR Academies Health, Safety and Environmental Department believe that pupils have the right to learn in a safe and secure environment; this is our number one priority. We believe that pupils should be educated about the risks that present themselves on a daily basis but will ensure that the major risks involved with school activities are managed or eliminated where possible.

Every school will have its own specific Health and Safety Plan with roles and responsibilities for all staff members and this will be implemented by the Principal. Continual improvement of Health, Safety by undertaking inspections of the school premises, plans, equipment and working practices each term will ensure the Health and Safety Plan will remain a working document. Where necessary, immediate implementation of any changes and improvements to the Health and Safety Plan will be made and all staff notified.
