About the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
The IB Diploma is recognised as one of the best educational programmes available, increasing a student’s chance of enrolling in leading universities worldwide. Designed for students aged 16 – 18, this all-rounded curriculum prepares them for success at university and life beyond.
The open evening session will be led by the Head Girl and Head Boy at Al Bateen Academy, Gianna and Yazan, who are currently studying the IB Diploma. In addition to a tour of the school and an opportunity to meet our IB DP students and staff, the school Principal and IB DP Coordinator will be available to answer any questions that you may have about entry requirements to Al Bateen’s Senior School. This event is a great opportunity to explore the many advantages of the prestigious IB Diploma and to apply for a place.

The format of the open day sessions will be as follows:Tuesday 7th March 2017
6:00 - 6:15pm: Meet and greet session with refreshments.
6:15 – 6:40pm: Welcome from the Principal, the IB DP Coordinator, the Head Boy and the Head Girl.
6:40 - 7:15pm: School tour led by the IB DP students
7:15 – 7:30pm: Questions and answers with the head students and Head of Senior School.Wednesday 15th March 2017
